Marriage of Four Couples
Sage Vasishtha skilled in duty placed Videha's honoured king,
Viswa-mitra, Sata-nanda, all within the sacred ring,

It was actually impossible for Rävaëa to take away Sétä. The form of Sétä taken by Rävaëa was an illusory representation of mother Sétä—maya-sétä. When Sétä was tested in the fire, this mäyä-sétä was burnt, and the real Sétä came out of the fire.

When the sages churned the body of Nimi, a child had manifested who was named Janaka. Since, he was not born from a motherly body, hence he was also called 'Videha'.
All the descendants of his dynasty were also known as Videha and Janaka. By the grace of the sage Yagyavalkya, all of them achieved enlightenment. In this very dynasty, Sita was born to 'Seeradhwaja' Janaka.
